Our Sales department is an integral part of the success of LinkUSystems Inc.. While a background in sales is a plus - it is not a requirement.

An above average knowledge of the Internet, web sites and an idea on how they work is highly recommended. No experience required, as we do provide training on our product and our sales strategy. Excellent compensation structure and plenty of growth opportunties.

Compensation:

• Base + Commission + Bonuses
• Average will earn $40K+ per year

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound prospecting calls, e-mails or letters to potential customers.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments of potential customers.
• Qualify leads and set second appointments for demos.
• Provide product demos to qualified prospects.
• Ask for referrals from prospects and clients.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize features, quote prices, and prepare paperwork for orders.
• Prepare daily sales reports of business activity and results.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to grow with our company. LinkUSystems Inc. is a provider or real estate web site and Internet marketing solutions for the real estate industry.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2:45 pm. Great opportunity for those looking for a position in sales or to gain experience.

REQUIREMENTS: You must have strong technical and customer service skills along with some experience and understanding of the internet, websites, HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, either personal experience or professional. You should have a great interest and extensive personal or professional experience working with computers, web sites and working with the internet. You must have an great interest in web development or a similar field to apply for this position.

If possible, we prefer you also have some knowledge in: Flash or/and SwishMax, networking skills, computer/pc troubleshooting, search engine optimization, software troubleshooting, XML, MS Access, javascript and knowledge or experience in any other programming language, such as PHP, ASP and/or ASP.NET.

If you are just out of school or are simply looking for real world experience and plenty of room for advancement this may be the perfect job for you. While we encourage those who may not have technical experience, we do REQUIRE that you deal with these technologies often at least on a personal level, if not a professional level.

Salary: Starting at $10-$14/hr. (depending on experience) / 20+ Hours a week

Duties of this position involve assisting clients with their websites, making minor website design changes, edits and modifications within our CMS system, working with HTML, troubleshooting issues on client websites, sending and receiving e-mail and additional related tasks. Additional knowledge in basic javascript, html, e-mail troubleshooting, how the internet works and Outlook is helpful but not required. You should have a great interest in computers, web sites and working with the internet and more importantly, people.

Scheduled hours will be between Monday-Friday during our office hours, 8am-5pm.
