 Is your website down?

Our data center move was completed the morning of January 13th, 2018.

If you are not hosting your DNS records with LinkU, you will be required to make an IP address change in your DNS records to ensure your website service is restored.

This means you needed to change the IP address for the A record of your website in your DNS settings. If you are not sure how to do this or don't know what this means, contact your IT person, or whoever is in charge of your DNS (such as your domain name registrar).

If you already made the update, then you can ignore this message. Your website should be up within a couple hours of making the change, if not, please submit a support request from linkusupport.com.

You will need to update the DNS A record, from 216.66.247.129 to 66.171.255.131.

Once, you've made the change it could take a few hours to update.
